Hi everyone,
Now I have two servers and one has setup Open Directory Master and used to offer network account services, so for the second server, may I set it up act as hot spare for the master one for OD and network accounts data?
Or it can be only setup as OD replica for only Directory anthentication?

Setting up an Open Directory replica will only replicate your LDAP database, Password Service and Kerberos.
In that sense it's not a 'hot spare' for anything but the Open Directory service. If your filesharing server get's hosed, having an OD replica isn't going to save you.
So bad news for me.
So there is no way to setup any server to hot spare the file sharing, right?
